Short Term Goals

• County wide resource book for both healthcare providers/organizations and users.

• Multi-organization Health Fair over a weekend with a variety of venues; providing education opportunities, healthcare information, preventive health information, health related testing, and possible provision of health related services.

• Providing preventive medicine education on items such as MRSA to our identified publics.

Long Term Goals

• Provision of some type of free care to those unable to afford care.

• Education campaigns on health related diseases impacting our publics.

• Wellness programs for preventing diseases.

• Enhance our combined interactivity for emergency preparedness.

• Continuation of updating county wide resource book.

• Assistance in providing list of physicians accepting new patients.
