• Explore creating a community job blog.
• Market “special” employees via webpage.
• Gather accurate information for Cochise County labor market, include info on BRAC.

The following key targets will be achieved by Team Cochise over the next year:

• Develop a data base of local employment resources.
• Maintain and involve key Cochise County employers.
• Develop employer survey.
• Survey local employers to determine their needs.
• Plan the job board and how it will function.
• Invite Mike Davidson to discuss CC Workforce Training Info.
• Develop marketing strategies.
