President
Larry Portouw
Larry Portouw 		  Bio: Larry Retired from the US Army in 2006 after 26 years on active duty. He is a former Garrison Commander of Ft Huachuca (2002-2004) the Past Chairman, Upper San Pedro Water District Organizing Board, a past Member of the Sierra Vista Airport Commission.  He is
currently a US Army senior civilian employee on Ft Huachuca and an active pilot.

Bob Kirk		   Bio: Native Arizonan and retired U.S. Naval Aviator. Currently, a business owner and consultant in residential construction and land development. and past President, Southeastern Arizona Contractors Association; Director, Southern Arizona Home Builders
Association Executive Committee; and Director, Cochise County Workforce Development Board.

Dan Abrams
Dan Abrams 		  Bio: Dan is a long time businessman in Sierra Vista and is a
driving influence in development of the West End. He is also a host on the KTAN Friday Report and is active in a number of community groups.

Glenn McDaniel
Glenn McDaniel		   Bio: Glenn and his wife Diane moved to Sierra Vista and founded Office Smart is 1993. They partnered with Mari Peterson and Keith Linden to open the Sierra Vista franchise of Alphagraphics in 1998. Glenn is very involved in the community as the current President of
United Way, pas tPresident of both the Cochise County Boy Scouts and the Sierra Vista Chamber of Commerce, past Chairman of the Military Affairs Committee of the Chamber, and past commissioner of the Industrial Development Authority.

Bio: A 27-year Army vetern, Thom recently retired as the Chief of Staff/G4 for NETCOM/9th Signal Command (A). He currently serves as the Director of Operations for Electronic Proving Grounds.

Tom Finnegan

Bio: Past President, Fort Huachuca 50. Presently, Co-chair of the Govenor's Military Affairs Commission. A 28-year Army veteran, 13-years in the defense industry and now retired. He and his wife Sue have resided in Sierra Vista the past 18 years.

Jon Hitchcock
Jon Hitchcock		   Bio: Jon retired from the Navy in 1998. He worked in Information Technology project management positions for large consulting/ contracting firms from 1998 through 2004. Subsequently, he returned to government service as a civil servant with Defense Information
Systems Agency. He is currentlyemployed at the Joint Interoperability Test Command at Ft Huachuca.

Jack Blair
Jack Blair		   Bio: Jack is currently Chief Member Services Officer for SSVEC. Other corporate experience includes numerous years with Proctor & Gamble; and, Senior VP and later CEO of several food industry companies. Jack spent 7 years commanding four infantry companies
and earned his Ranger Tab, Airborne Wings and Pathfinder Badge.

Steve Pedigo
Steve Pedigo		   Bio: Steve retired from the U.S. Army after 27 years in the Military Intelligence career field. Assignments include command and staff positions at a variety of Army echelons, and policy development with HQs Department of the Army. Currently, Steve represents Northrop Grumman Corporation business in Sierra Vista and Fort Huachuca.
